Fresh Tutorial

Lately I've been working on improving the game experience for new players and making the server system more robust. The tutorial is the most obvious part of that, along with a few game tweaks in support of it. For example, there's more rocks to find in the first level of the Goblin Cave. Attack will now try to work without arguments: if you have a target set, it will attack your target. If there is exactly one character next to you, it will attack that character. These changes are due to direct feedback from players -- let me know if you have suggestions!
The website portion of S&H has been updated for better layout on a wider variety of screen orientations, and the front page now has more introductory information about the game and its roots.
